- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (customs may cause delays)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions may affect delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery status.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most locations worldwide.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions restricted by carriers or law.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Tizrin is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Tizrin is not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
